In his role as a Fractional CFO, Controller, and Assurance Consultant at Llandaff Professional Services, Inc., Olivier partners with clients to enhance operational efficiency and implement robust financial systems. His work has included leading successful ERP implementations, improving cash flow management, and developing effective consolidation reporting frameworks.
He possesses particular expertise in the construction sector, where he assists companies in optimising project financial performance. This involves developing detailed budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses, as well as implementing effective Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting, lean inventory management, and tailored financial policies.
Olivier's professional background includes an MBA from the University of Wrexham Glyndwr (UK) and an M.S. in Finance & Business from ICHEC Brussels Management School. He also holds multiple certifications, including an Enrolled Agent designation. His global experience, encompassing Europe and the United States, provides him with valuable insights into diverse regulatory environments (US GAAP, IFRS).
